Project management

Internal improvements in a company happen along some project framework, so there is a dedicated team with specific tasks, running the project within the expected timeframe and budget. Hence it is important to have an efficient, well organized and standard project work.

On Concordia’s project management trainings, we provide methods to enhance the existing project framework, but also there is an opportunity to learn the specific leadership skills necessary to lead a project team. In all cases we work with relevant, real –life examples and deliver strongly practice oriented courses.

A specific area of our offering is the project management approach used at Lean or Six Sigma improvements, where we put extra emphasis on change management. We are also happy to provide project management as part of a consultant assignment, let the project be about process improvement, system improvement or a migration.

"The first time I met Concordia and their team was in 1999. I was attending a vision building workshop which ended up serving as the springboard for a process that transformed an oversized, inert, state-owned, socialist firm into a competitive, dynamically growing and highly successful international company.

Two years later, in 2001, I was a major player participating at subsequent, now legendary workshops.
